Couldn't agree more that the incenti...There you go. Couldn't agree more that the incentive should be geared towards the merchant's acceptance rather than focusing on the consumer. I thought this role can be played greatly by the regulators via tax incentives for the merchants to adopt card payment. Is it not in Japan, their government has done something along this line.
